The Zojirushi BBHAC10 makes a one pound loaf of bread which means that the single person or couple who wants fresh baked bread but cannot consume a large loaf before it dries out or molds can enjoy fresh baked bread anytime they like. It has a 13 hour advance timer which means you can put all the ingredients in the bread maker, set the timer, go to bed and awake to the aroma and taste of freshly baked bread in the morning.

While this machine makes wonderfully baked bread it does a lot more. It also makes cakes and fruit jams and jellies as well as mixes the dough for cookies, pasta and pizza. It has a nonstick kneading blade and baking pan which makes for easy cleanup. An easy to read control panel, viewing window, LCD screen and comes with an Instruction video, manual and a recipe book for making your breads.

This little machine has one disadvantage however. Unlike the 2 pound bread machines made by this company the only programmable feature on it is the delay timer. While the other features are simple to work by hand they are not programmable so for those who are used to this companies larger bread makers this takes some getting used to.
